HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR CLAIM IN 4 SIMPLE STEPS

To get your claim started all we need are four things.

​1. tell us ABOUT your postings

Fill in our quick online form or call a Tax Specialist on 01233 329 474.  It will take less than 10 minutes. 


2. PHOTO I.D.

Take a photo of your driving licence, passport or Armed Forces I.D.
Send it to us by either email, whatsapp or facebook or post it to us.


         


​3. wageslips

Send us your payslips for every month you're claiming for. 
You can get your wage slips online at www.defencegateway.mod.uk or call the JPA help desk on 0800 085 3600.

​4. post back your forms

Print off the forms below, sign the three yellow boxes and send them back to our freepost address.
(P.S. You can't email them to us, you have to post these forms to us!)


WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The sooner you complete the four steps, the sooner you will get your money. Then just sit back and wait for your refund which HMRC will normally clear for us in 4-8 weeks.  It's that simple!
